Her head shot up to look at the man speaking to her. How stupid she’d been to not have realized her senior in the entertainment industry sitting there, smiling at her and asking for a picture together, no less. “S-sunbaenim!”, she blubbered and bowed countless times, “I’m so sorry I didn’t realize it was you!”
“I know who you are, sunbaenim”, she said as she grabbed him by the hand and gave it a small shake, smiling sheepishly afterwards. “Ah, you are? It’s such an honor since us girls are big fans of you too. A picture would be nice.” She shuffled closer in her seat, making sure she fit in the phone’s frame and put up a peace sign close to her face and smiled.
He used his hands to wave in refusal of her apology, quickly responding to her. “Aniyo, don’t worry about it. I don’t really stand out much so it’s easy to look past it. It’s a pretty nice trait to have in the entertainment industry because you’re able to go low key without much hassle.”
When she posed for the picture, Gary held the device up, his opposite arm swiftly wrapped around the girl’s back, a pair of peace signs of his own making an appearance. A smile was on his face as he counted down out loud. “Three, two, one..” On the last number, he pressed the button, the picture being taken immediately afterward. When he heard the phone click that signaled the picture was done, he turned it around to look at the screen, making sure both of their faces were captured correctly. “It looks good. What do you think?”
